PROFESSIONAL HIGHLIGHTS

Nicolle Barton is an experienced criminal justice consultant and public speaker. With experience presenting to both small and large audiences, she has been a mentor and role model to youth in the community and works towards transforming the way race and bias plays a role in how law enforcement interacts with the community at large. She is a Certified Practitioner of Oversight. Nicolle has worked with federal, state and local government agencies on criminal justice and police reform efforts. She has written and developed numerous policies and procedures. Through her leadership, she develops and facilitates trainings, helps departments investigate complaints, conducts department reviews, and develops strategic change management mechanisms.
